Our journey began in 2018, driven by our passion for coffee and our desire to present it in its most refined form. As we selected our beans, we considered the story behind each one—the land it was born from, the sunlight it absorbed, and the many hands it passed through. What started as a growing excitement gradually evolved into a vision: to create a brand that would leave a lasting mark on the world of coffee.
By 2023, we opened our doors as De La Pau Coffee Co., inviting our guests into a truly authentic coffee experience.

The year we began welcoming our customers in person also marked a reaffirmation of our commitment to delivering the purest and highest-quality coffee possible. Under the De La Pau name, we meticulously select every single coffee bean and carefully oversee each step of the journey—from roasting to the final cup. Because we believe coffee is not merely a beverage, but a culture that grows richer when shared.
As both a café and a concept brand, we did more than simply prepare coffee; we embarked on an intensive R&D journey to understand the essence of coffee and present it at its very best.

In our own roasting laboratory, we worked with precision and dedication to determine the ideal roasting profile for each variety. By integrating advanced technology into every stage of the process, we refined our methods down to the finest detail. Using cutting-edge equipment and techniques from the coffee industry, we preserve the unique character of our beans and ensure consistent quality in every cup.
