Our story began in 2018, when our relationship with coffee started to take shape—slowly, carefully, with curiosity. In 2023, we established De la Pau Coffee Co. as a physical brand built on a simple belief: coffee is more than a delicious taste; it is a journey.

With a team shaped by 15 years of industry experience, every step we take is driven by quality and intention. We roast in our own facility, serve customers across Türkiye, and share knowledge through both digital content and the services we deliver directly to our community. We don’t chase trends blindly—we move with awareness, expertise, and respect for the craft.

Our coffees—sourced from distinctive origins around the world—bring together terroir, processing, roast precision, and meaning. Alongside our global selection, we also offer Turkish coffee roasted and ground with the same level of care, bringing tradition and quality into the same cup.
