Returns & Exchanges Policy

How Can I Return a Product?

De La Pau Coffee Company products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend that you check both the shipping package and the product condition before accepting delivery.
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, ground coffee and perishable products, as well as opened coffee packages, are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may refuse the delivery and return it directly to the courier company. In this case, no shipping fee will be charged.


Are All Products Eligible for Return?

In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, opened or spoiled food products cannot be returned.
However, unused and undamaged non-food products may be returned in their original packaging.
Returns of used or opened coffee products are not accepted.


How Long Does the Return Process Take?

Once your returned product is received and confirmed to meet the return conditions, your request will be processed within 14 business days.


Who Covers the Return Shipping Costs?

De La Pau Coffee Company covers the shipping costs for returned products. You may return your product free of charge using our contracted courier service.


What Documents Are Required for a Return?

The original invoice or a copy of the invoice must be included with the returned product.
Returns without an invoice cannot be processed.

For purchases made through third-party platforms such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, or Amazon, returns must be completed directly through the respective platform, in accordance with their own policies.


I Received the Wrong or a Damaged Product — What Should I Do?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us on the day of delivery.
By contacting our customer service team, you can initiate the exchange process.
Exchanges are only valid for products that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.


Which Products Are Not Eligible for Exchange?

Opened, used, or consumable products (such as opened coffee packages) are not eligible for exchange.
Due to product safety and hygiene standards, exchanges for such items cannot be accepted.


How Long Does the Exchange Process Take?

Once your exchange request is approved, your new product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
If the requested product is out of stock, our customer service team will offer alternative solutions.

For products purchased via Trendyol, Hepsiburada, or Amazon, exchanges must be completed through the respective platform only, in line with their procedures.


Will I Be Charged for Exchange Shipping?

 

  • De La Pau Coffee Company covers shipping costs for exchanges involving defective or damaged products.

  • For all other exchange requests, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
